Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to most serviceable locations across India through trusted courier partners. If your delivery location is not serviceable, we will notify you at the time of checkout or before dispatch.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 working hours after confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During high-demand or festive periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location:
- Metro and Tier-1 cities: 3 to 5 working days
- Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities: 5 to 8 working days
- Remote or rural areas: 7 to 10 working days
These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier availability, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges may vary based on the total order value, delivery location, and ongoing promotions. Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value, which will be mentioned on the website or during checkout. Any government-imposed charges such as entry taxes or Octroi, if applicable, may be borne by the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details. You can track your order through the courier partner’s website or via the tracking section on our platform, if available.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners generally make up to two or three delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or non-response, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, a refund may be processed after deducting any applicable shipping or return charges.
Delays and Exceptions
Mummkid will not be responsible for delays caused due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer
- Natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, or other external disruptions
- Courier partner delays beyond our control
However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving such issues.
Packaging and Quality Handling
All items are packed carefully to prevent damage during transit. If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, we recommend refusing the delivery and contacting us immediately with details.

We currently ship only within India. International shipping may be introduced in the future, and this policy will be updated accordingly.
