Cancellation Policy – Mummkid

This Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel an order placed on Mummkid and how refunds are processed.

1) Customer Cancellations

Before dispatch: You may cancel your order any time before it is packed and handed over to the courier.
After dispatch: Cancellation is not possible once the order has shipped. Please use the Return & Refund Policy after delivery (if eligible).
Prepaid orders: Full refund to the original payment method when cancelled before dispatch.
COD orders: The order will be closed with no charge when cancelled before dispatch.

2) How to Cancel

Website/My Orders: Go to My Orders, select the order, and choose Cancel Order (visible only if eligible).
Support: Or contact us with your Order ID using the details below.

3) Company-Initiated Cancellations

We may cancel an order in the following cases:
Out of stock: Item unavailable or discontinued.
Pricing/listing errors: Incorrect price or product information.
Payment verification issues: Suspected fraud or unsuccessful verification.
Operational constraints/force majeure: Courier restrictions, strikes, natural events, or similar circumstances.
You will be notified, and refunds will be processed as per Section 4.

4) Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Initiation timeline: Refunds are typically initiated within 24–48 working hours of cancellation approval.
Prepaid refunds: Returned to the original payment method.
COD refunds: Processed via UPI or Bank Transfer; we will request details.
Bank/gateway timelines: Banks or gateways may take 3–7 working days to reflect the amount.

5) Undelivered/Return-to-Origin (RTO)

Delivery attempts: Couriers generally attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If undelivered: The parcel may return to us and be auto-cancelled.
Refunds on RTO: Refunds may be issued after deducting shipping/return charges, where applicable.

6) Category Notes (Children’s Dresses & Toys)

Apparel: If already shipped, use the return process after delivery (item must be unused, unwashed, with all tags).
Toys: If shipped, cancellation is not possible; returns may be restricted if seals or primary packaging are opened due to safety and hygiene.

7) Coupons, Gift Cards, and Store Credit

Coupons: Coupon value is not refundable in cash; a replacement coupon may be issued if still valid.
Gift cards/store credit: Refunded back as store credit where applicable.

8) Special Events and Sale Periods

High-demand periods: Processing may start quickly, which can shorten the cancellation window. If the order has already moved to dispatch, please use the return process post-delivery (if eligible).
