At Mummkid, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

Eligibility for Return

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Original tags, labels, accessories, freebies, and packaging must be intact.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Innerwear and undergarments
  • Socks
  • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., feeding accessories, teethers)
  • Stuffed/plush toys if primary packaging seal is opened or damaged
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked non-returnable on product page)

Return Process

  1. Go to My Orders, select the item, and click “Return,” or contact customer support.
  2. Provide the return reason and photos if requested.
  3. A reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable. If reverse pickup is not available, you may be asked to self-ship.
  4. Returned items undergo a quality check. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are offered for size or a like-for-like replacement, subject to availability.
  • If an exchange is not available, a refund will be issued.

Refunds

  • Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery orders: refunded via UPI or bank transfer (you will be asked for details).
  • Initiation timeline: 5–7 working days after quality check approval. Bank or gateway reflection times may vary.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video.
  • If verified, a free replacement or full refund will be provided.

Shipping Costs on Returns

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable and you self-ship an approved return, reasonable courier charges may be reimbursed up to a predefined limit upon submission of proof.
  • If the item fails quality checks (used, washed, damaged, or missing components), it may be returned to you without refund.

Partial Returns and Bundles

  • Items purchased as part of a combo or bundle must be returned together unless otherwise specified.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, please use the return process after delivery (if eligible). See the Cancellation Policy for details.
