- Orders are usually processed within 24β48 working hours after confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During festive seasons, sales, or high-order periods, processing may take a little longerβbut weβll do our best to dispatch quickly!

- If undelivered due to unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be returned to us.
- In such cases, a partial refund (after deducting shipping charges) may be processed.

- All items are packed securely to prevent damage, especially toys and delicate fabrics.
- In case of visible damage at delivery, please refuse the parcel and report it immediately with photos.
