🌍 1. Where We Deliver
✅ We currently deliver across most locations in India through trusted courier partners.
📍 If your PIN code is not serviceable, we’ll notify you before processing the order.
🕒 2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed within 24–48 working hours after confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During festive seasons, sales, or high-order periods, processing may take a little longer—but we’ll do our best to dispatch quickly!
📦 3. Delivery Timelines

💰 4. Shipping Charges
- FREE Shipping may be available on orders above a certain value (check our homepage/offers).
- Orders below the threshold may attract a nominal delivery fee, shown at checkout.
- Any government-imposed charges like Octroi/Entry taxes may be borne by the customer (if applicable in certain states).
📍 5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
✅ You’ll receive an SMS/Email with tracking details.
✅ You can track it via our “Track Order” section or through the courier partner’s website.
📦 6. Delivery Attempts
- The courier company will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.
- If undelivered due to unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be returned to us.
- In such cases, a partial refund (after deducting shipping charges) may be processed.

🎁 8. Packaging Care (Because it’s for Kids!)
- All items are packed securely to prevent damage, especially toys and delicate fabrics.
- In case of visible damage at delivery, please refuse the parcel and report it immediately with photos.
